Facilities Management
MOEHE Schools
Situated across Qatar, GS Facilities Management is responsible for 20 operational schools for both boys and girls. GS is working as a subcontractor to Elegancia Facilities Management. Covering 20 individual sites varying in age and complexity, the GS FM team is responsible for the PM and CM of HVAC system. The team is managing all PPM and receives over 5 new WOs daily.
Despite many challenges, the GS FM team has delivered on all requirements.
